Paypal is the preferred method of payment, but checks and money orders will be accepted if paid in advance (snail mail address will be provided only to those who plan to mail payment).  To use paypal click on the link below or go directly to paypal's site and enter my email address.  If you don't have paypal, simply click on the link and sign up for free -- if you don't have a credit card, debit card, or bank account you can add funds directly to paypal, but it will take a few days to set that up.
